Next, we run the application through our system that compares all the main banks and some non-bank lenders and tells us who will provide the most money for that application.
With all being well we then submit it to the most likely or if it meets criteria with multiple banks then your preferred lender of choice
If we find its not quite there then we can guide you through what we need to do to have it approved going forward.

Since we go through the broker hub we can often also achieve better pricing offers for you than in branch plus at refix time.
